The service they have provided is first rate, speaking to various suppliers and negotiating the best rates for each of our sites nationwide.
They have a customer orientated service, which is apparent from the very first conversation. They remain unbiased when looking for deals and are open and honest about which are the best ones, in a couple of instances we already had the best tariffs available and were advised to remain and renew with them. They also smoothed over the process of changing suppliers, dealing with any issues that arose themselves, which allowed us to carry on with business without any distractions.

Tyneside Cyrenians
Tyneside Cyrenians is a registered charity, founded in 1970, which offers vital support to vulnerable people over the age of 16 and operates a ‘total acceptance policy’.
Supporting homeless people we run fourteen projects at permanent locations across Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead, including a drop-in day centre, which doubles-up as an emergency, night shelter for rough-sleepers. To supplement this we offer long and short term supported accommodation, independent living houses, floating housing support and a training and employment centre for construction skills.
Changing lives, building futures, we offer a holistic approach to the needs of the vulnerable and socially disadvantaged. This is achieved by providing a range of supported accommodation: from direct access with 24 hour staffing to semi-independent and independent living. Our ‘drop-in’ day centre offers support to those suffering housing crisis.
In order to provide the multitude of our services we have to source funding for initiatives and in order to take a more structured approach to our energy procurement we established a relationship with Commercial Utility Brokers earlier this year,
CUB have negotiated on our behalf to obtain the contract best suited to our multi-site operation. There is no charge associated for their servers, as well as a high quality one to one customer service.
