Our People
Geoff Thompson
Before forming CUB Limited, Geoff spent over 10 years in senior management roles working principally in the business process outsourcing industry.
This experience has proven invaluable with numerous blue chip clients supported by Geoff’s team who provided a host of customer management and product fulfillment solutions.
During this time Geoff led a team who became the largest outsourced customer acquisition supplier to one of the UK’s major energy companies..
Geoff also worked with dabs.com, a leading I.T. ecommerce and fulfilment business, to create a new outsourced callcentre and ecommerce subsidiary..
He has also held numerous other senior consultancy and managerial positions. Geoff has a first class honours degree in Material Science and a Masters in Business Administration.
Geoff and his senior management colleagues are focused on continuing to develop the CUB business and to provide first class service and support to CUB’s growing SME client base.

Stephen Weavers
Stephen was one of the original team members at CUB and was instrumental in shaping the early stage development of the business.
Stephen has gained extensive experience in the utility marketplace and has held numerous senior management positions in direct sales operations.

Adam Thompson
Before joining CUB, Adam gained significant direct sales experience in the utility market place working for a number of outsourced callcentre organisations.
At CUB Adam is responsible for managing the quotation process on behalf of the sales team and is also responsible for managing the face to face channel.

Peter Lisle
During the past ten years Peter has worked in the outsourcing and financial service industries. His roles have ranged from business unit manager running a multi-million pound fulfilment operation for a subsiduary of the Time-Warner Group, through project manager implementing new business systems to IT manager and laterly IT Director.
During this period Peter has had extensive experience within the utility sector having worked seperatly with two of the biggest energy suppliers in the country as well as the formost mobile telecoms retailer.
He has worked with Geoff during this whole period and as a result has formed an indepth and dynamic working relationship.
